The staff are very caring + always willing to meet the needs of the patient. I was concerned to hear that there was only one trained nurse on duty in the ward last night(6/10/14).There were a number of admissions during the night. Occassionally the left hand doesn´t know what the right is doing.

Needs to be more organised. Was told I was ready to go then had to wait over an hour for someone to discharge me even though I had already arranged and had transport waiting.

Wonderful treatment my care could not be improved. 100% care and attention from every member on pow ward for which I say thank you to each everyone, I felt like a queen nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and bless you all. Gillian, Fisher.
